Opened on August 18, 1994, the United Center replaced the iconic Chicago Stadium and quickly earned nicknames such as “The House That Jordan Built” and “The Madhouse on Madison”.
It is the largest U.S. arena by square footage, covering approximately 960,000 sq ft.
Visit the Grand Entry on the East side to see the Michael Jordan statue (The Spirit) now indoors, plus statues of Bobby Hull, Stan Mikita, and a bust of Scottie Pippen.
